Rail Alignment
Crane rail alignment may be the single largest cause of crane wheel damage and wheel and runway rail wear. It is critical to have your runway rail installed level, straight, parallel and to the correct span to avoid failure, costly repairs and down time. Most runway alignment issues don’t become apparent until well after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. We use a proprietary laser alignment method to assure your runway rail is well within CMAA specified tolerances.
